We’ve asked this week’s curators Julie Massucco Kleiner and Melissa Warner of Massucco Warner Miller Interior Design, to share with us their thoughts and inspiration for their Curator’s Collection event. Here’s what they had to say:
Designing homes all along the West Coast, from Los Angeles to Seattle, we keep clients happy with perpetually sunny colors and classic silhouettes. To us, great design is not about matching pieces from the same era, rather it’s about combining things you love to create a space that reflects you and suits your lifestyle. We love mixing and matching classic and comfortable pieces with something unexpected, like a Lucite chair, which gives personality to a space and keeps things interesting.
Our Curator’s Collection takes some of our favorite colors and patterns and mixes them artfully with traditional shapes. Don’t be afraid to add vibrant colors and patterns to your space to freshen it up. With summer right around the corner, it’s the perfect time for a makeover!
